Holly personally reviews your answers to the Get Started questionnaire alongside anything else you share with us. We also factor in your actual schedule, making every effort to match you with a therapist who has open appointments when you actually need them.

Both! Wellmind therapists offer virtual care, as well as hybrid options that combine virtual and in-person sessions in select locations. We’re actively expanding our physical practice locations to offer more in-person care.

Your cost for therapy depends on the benefits provided by your health plan. Before you start therapy, we’ll contact your plan to get a Good Faith Estimate (GFE), so you’ll know what to expect for your copay, coinsurance, or deductible.
