The Wellmind Fellowship supports emerging clinicians with the mentorship, professional development, and clinical foundation they need to enter the field with confidence and build sustainable careers in heart-centered care. It’s an investment in the people—and the practice—that will shape what mental healthcare becomes next.
A degree is just the beginning.
More than half of clinicians who earn a master’s degree in counseling or social work never go on to become licensed. The Wellmind Fellowship bridges that gap through location-based cohorts and financial, emotional, and learning support—helping emerging clinicians care for clients and themselves while building the skills and confidence to pursue licensure.
We created the Wellmind Fellowship because the work of caring for others should be met with care for the clinicians doing it. We want emerging clinicians to build sustainable careers without losing what brought them to this work.
