UnitedHealthcare does not require a referral for routine outpatient mental health at Wellmind. To get started, create your Wellmind account, and upload an image of the front and back of your UnitedHealthcare card in the patient portal. We will contact UnitedHealthcare on your behalf to obtain an estimate, so you are aware of your copay, coinsurance, or deductible.
