Hello, I’m Aimee, a licensed Marriage and Family therapist with 20 years clinical experience. I have worked with a diverse range of people in a variety of settings.

I create a safe, compassionate space that supports you to experience yourself more fully and awaken more aliveness, balance, fulfillment and empowerment.
In these times of great upheaval and change, we are all being impacted on many levels. It is a privilege to be able to support my clients in this transformational time. My intention is to facilitate increasing your capacities and resilience and guide you to see the places of feeling reactive or stuck in patterns/beliefs from the past that are no longer working for you. I see adults of all genders and backgrounds. If you are going through loss and change, big life transitions, perimenopause/menopause or the challenges of a woman's journey, I welcome you. If you are facing anxiety, depression or feeling stuck in patterns that are hard to change, let's work together to transform those.

Through awareness of both mind and body I assist you to develop nervous system skills to manage emotional states and find more calm. By learning to understanding your “Parts” ( Internal Family Systems ) you will understand how you may be reacting from past patterns and help you transform those into more empowerment and self compassion. I welcome all parts of you.

In addition to talk therapy, we may explore your experience through non-verbal modalities like art, drawing, movement or guided imagery. These non-verbal modalities can provide access to expression and transformation more quickly than only "talking" about an issue. Through awareness of your body experience and habitual patterns of thinking and relating, we will work together to transform limiting beliefs that keep you from a more fulfilled experience of life. We will lay the groundwork to release the pain of old stories, and to create internal resources to allow you to experience an embodied life with more joy, aliveness and meaning.

I am trained in Somatic Attachment work, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS Level I certification in process), Relational, Psychodynamic, Expressive Arts therapy, EMDR, Trauma informed IFS, Movement therapy, Guided imagery, Integrative Medicine, Cancer and chronic illness treatment and Brainspotting.
