When trauma, depression, and anxiety take over, it can impact many different areas of one's life and make it difficult to function at work, at home, and in relationships. Unlearning negative thought patterns taught to us since childhood or through harmful, abusive relationships can feel overwhelming, but is possible through the right support. As someone who’s experienced the challenges of finding the right support, I bring both personal understanding and professional training to our conversations. I hold an MA from Touro University Worldwide (2021), and I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, and childhood/attachment trauma. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, a trauma-focused approach, and motivational interviewing, I focus on helping you notice your thought patterns, shift your internal narrative, and move toward lasting change.
