I help people with building relationship and communication skills, as well as addressing panic attacks, trauma and PTSD, domestic violence, low self-esteem, postpartum depression, and LGBTQ issues. My clients often report they feel profound relief after the first session.

We’ll work together to find ways to create some space in your life for self-care, set boundaries that actually protect your energy, and develop tools that help you.

I specialize in helping people address depression, anxiety, panic attacks, relationship, and communication issues, professional and academic burnout, life transitions, and Queer/LGBTQ+ issues. I strive to create a judgment-free environment for all patients where they feel validated. My experience includes working with adults who identify as BIPOC/Latinx as well as with adults who recently immigrated to the U.S.

I use different approaches to meet you where you are at, in the moment, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Seeking Safety and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) among others. My first priority is to create a safe space for you and help you feel better.
